Switch with confidence.

Changing systems is a big deal for a working venue. Here's how we make it a small one.

Your data stays separate

Every shop runs in its own isolated database, so your catalog and customers are never mixed in with anyone else's. Sensitive customer details, like names, billing addresses, and phone numbers, are encrypted, and staff logins require two-factor authentication.

Every import can be undone

Uploaded the wrong file or picked the wrong location? Each import gets its own summary showing what was added and what was skipped, and one click removes everything that import created. Experiment freely.

Free setup, training & support

Onboarding, account setup, ongoing training, and support are all included at no charge. Every page of your dashboard also has built-in help written for that screen, and you'll be talking to the people who build the software.

Three Steps

From old system to open for business.

No consultants, no weekend-long cutover. Just export, import, and set up at your own pace.

  1. Step 1: Export your data

Most POS, inventory, and e-commerce systems can export a spreadsheet. Download a CSV, JSON, or XML file of your products, menu, events, customers, or blog posts from your current system.

No reformatting needed. We match your columns up for you.

  2. Step 2: Import it

Open Data Import in your dashboard, pick what you're bringing in, choose the location that gets the stock, and upload. Bring new items in as drafts to review first, or publish them right away.

Files are processed in the background, so you can keep working while it runs.

  3. Step 3: Make it yours

Brand your storefront, set up staff roles, connect Stripe, and pair your card readers. Run a few real shifts alongside your old system, then flip the switch when your team feels ready.

Your free trial gives you 14 days to test drive all of it.

Rather have us do the importing?

Upload your export right in the dashboard and click "Request Managed Import" — a secure, built-in handoff, no separate contact step needed. We'll import it for you, free of charge. No setup fee, no migration fee.

What we can bring over.

The importer handles the data that takes the longest to type in by hand.

Retail items

Board games, paint, yarn, and more, with SKUs, prices, variants, categories, and opening stock levels.

Cafe menu

Food and drink items with sizes, add-ons and substitutions, ingredients, and allergens.

Bar menu

Beer, wine, and cocktails with serving sizes, modifiers, ABV, and region.

Events & tournaments

Scheduled happenings with start and end times, so your calendar isn't empty on day one.

Customer list

Names and contact info for your regulars, matched by email so nobody is added twice.

Blog posts & news

Bring your announcements and articles along so your new storefront doesn't start blank.

Gift cards, store credit & loyalty points

Outstanding balances carry over too, so a regular's gift card or loyalty points still work on day one.

What doesn't come over

Past sales and order history aren't part of the importer. We recommend keeping your old system's reports handy for your records and taxes — everything from your switch date forward lives in one place, with reports built into your dashboard.

Retire the patchwork.

Switching is the chance to stop paying for a separate tool for every corner of your venue. HutlRound replaces all of these with one login and one flat rate.

  • Retail & cafe POS

One checkout for shelves, food, and drinks.

  • Kitchen display screens

Orders route straight to the kitchen.

  • Event ticketing

Zero commission on entries or table bookings.

  • Website & storefront

Your shop, calendar, and blog online.

  • Gift cards & store credit

Digital and physical, with balance checks.

  • Loyalty & rewards

    Reward your regulars automatically.

Switching questions, answered.

Can you import my data for me?

Yes, and it's free of charge. If you'd rather not run the import yourself, upload your export in the dashboard and click "Request Managed Import" — a secure, built-in handoff, no separate contact step needed. Data migration, onboarding, and account setup are all included, with no setup fee.

Which systems can I switch from?

Any system that can export your data as a CSV, JSON, or XML file. That covers most point-of-sale, inventory, and e-commerce platforms. If you can download a spreadsheet of your products or customers, you can import it.

Do I need to reformat my file first?

Usually not. The importer reads your file and matches its columns to the right fields automatically. If you're exporting from another system yourself, our help pages describe a ready-to-go layout that imports a little faster, but it's optional.

What if an import goes wrong?

Every import gets a summary showing what was added, what was skipped, and why. If something isn't right, one click on "Undo This Import" removes everything that batch created. Importing new items as drafts first lets you review them before customers ever see them.

Can I keep using my old system while I try this?

Yes, and we'd encourage it. Your 14-day free trial is a good window to import your catalog, run a few real shifts, and compare, without committing to anything. No charge today, and you can cancel anytime.

Will I lose my sales history?

Past orders aren't brought over, so keep the reports from your old system for your records and taxes. Everything from your switch date forward lives in one place, with reports built into your dashboard.

What about customers' gift cards, store credit, and loyalty points?

Those import too, separately from your catalog. Bring your customers over first, then upload a balances file (gift cards, store credit, or loyalty points) — it's checked against what you enter from your old system's own report before anything is created, so a wrong file or a typo gets caught before a customer's balance is touched. Nobody loses what they're owed on the switch.

How do I take card payments?

Card payments run through Stripe, using your own Stripe account. You connect it from your dashboard during setup, and there are no per-ticket commissions on top of your flat monthly rate.

Can I use my own website address?

Yes. Your storefront can run on your own domain, and you choose which parts to show: events, blog, shop, or all three.
